Unit Supervisor Approval

For all BAP project applications, “Unit Supervisor Approval” is mandatory prior to the referee and commission evaluation stages.

Project investigators are responsible for informing their unit supervisors following the project submission confirmation email and ensuring that the approval process is completed. No automatic notification is sent to unit supervisors.

Unit supervisors can access pending project approvals through the UBYS BAP Module, under the “Projects Pending Approval” menu, where they can review and approve applications submitted by academic staff.
