“International Day” Event Held at Our School of Foreign Languages

The International Day event, organized for the second time this year by our School of Foreign Languages, was held with strong participation from students.

The event was attended by the Director of the School of Foreign Languages, Lecturer Türkan Yılmaz, along with our academic and administrative staff and invited guests. Students enrolled in the Compulsory English Preparatory Program delivered presentations and performances introducing the countries assigned to them by draw, highlighting their cultural and historical aspects. As a result of the evaluations conducted by the instructors, the HZ8 class representing Egypt was selected as the class that delivered the most successful presentation of the event.

Aiming to enable students to use their foreign language skills effectively while enhancing their cultural awareness, the International Day event continues to move toward becoming a tradition at our School of Foreign Languages.
